WHY ONE BILLION HEARTBEATS?

There’s something almost poetic about the idea that mammals, including humans, have roughly one billion heartbeats in a lifetime. Smaller hearts beat faster, larger hearts beat slower, yet we all have approximately the same number. That’s where One Billion Heartbeats began, with one simple message: Make Them Count.

Everyone faces battles we know nothing about. Sometimes a conversation, a kind word or simply checking in can make all the difference. We want our clothing to spark those conversations, encourage kindness and challenge the stigma surrounding mental health.

Inspired by skate culture, alternative fashion and music, we're an independent UK streetwear brand with a bigger purpose. A portion of the profit from every sale supports mental health charities, particularly those focused on men's mental health.
